A few notes and lessons along the way. All vinyl was outdoor quality. I cut it with my Silhouette Cameo. The best surfaces to work with were smooth, and glossy paint seemed to be much better than flat. For some of the pallets we wanted the natural look so we hit them lightly with an electric hand sander.

Using Deft clear spray over the letters after install to help them stay sealed I think helped. It was a challenge to stick the letters to some of the wood, and definitely took a bit of finessing to make it work, but as you can see in the end it was well worth it.
